When my father fell extremely ill and needed home health care to be able to return home after a 42 day hospital stay Elite helped facilitate setting up all facets of care. They were able to coordinate with a pharmacy to have IV meds delivered for daily care and make sure to provide the care needed following numerous specialists orders. Without the amazing care provided and the teaching of how to manage his care he would not have been able to return home and be able to get back to his daily life enjoying time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
