– Patricia Genardo, MBA, R.N.

Working through the maze of today’s healthcare and insurance systems can be trying in the best of circumstances. When you are faced with a long-term care situation, we can help you evaluate and analyze the best available care options for your particular needs. Our top priority is to find compatible caregiver matches for each of our patients and to work together to allow you or your loved one to stay in the comfort of your home.

  Quality
As leader in home care, we have information and access to the most up-to-date changes and current trends in the home health sector. Elite Care Management participates within several organizations and the staff has years of experience to care for our patients. Elite takes pride in responsive, personalized, and dependable service. Our patients and their families are crucial members to Elite’s team to ensure stability and continuity of care to maintain the quality of life at home.
  Bonded, Licensed and Insured
Elite Care Management is bonded and insured. In states where licensing is required, it is our policy that we have the appropriate license that permits "hands-on" care. This can give you the peace of mind that a trustworthy caregiver will be in your loved one's home.
  Relationship Longevity
Many of our caregivers have worked with Elite Care Management for years and have a strong employment history in caring for our patients. We conduct a detailed interview & orientation with each prospective caregiver and obtain references from reliable sources before the person is hired at Elite Care Management.
  Agency Supervision
A licensed home care agency has a responsibility to provide ongoing supervision for their employees. This includes helping the aides to understand the changing needs of clients, assuring the proper limits of care required at the various levels of professionals, and mediating difficult relationship issues. Elite Care Management follows all state guidelines to ensure we are hiring quality caregivers for our patients. Elite is also governed by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Providing supervision is often as important for the healthcare professional as it is for the family. Our clinical staff often work with very challenging situations in the isolation of the private home situation. There are often issues of different cultural and faith traditions, different expectations about personal schedules, eating preferences and expectations. An agency supervisor can help to clarify the roles of the nurse or home health aide, and the expectations of both worker and care recipient.
  24 7 Support
ECM provides clinical and staffing support anytime; day or night – including holidays. In the event any concern or issue should arise, rest assured Elite has a staff member available to speak with you.
