Punta Gorda, Florida – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)

  • Hours: Part Time

SHIFTS – part time in Lake Suzy, FL:

  • 1pm – 5pm – 2 days/week
  • 1pm – 4pm – 1 day/week
  • PRN in Desoto and Charlotte counties

Pay:

  • $18 / hour

Responsibilities may include the following:

  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
  • Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
  • Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
  • Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.

To On-Board with Elite Care Management, you will need the following qualifying credentials:

  • FL State Certification – CNA or HHA 75 hour HHA training program
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Social Security Card
  • Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
  • TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)
