Elite Care Management is a private duty, home health care company with 25+ years’ experience. We are growing, and interviewing for CNAs and HHAs throughout Manatee, Sarasota, and South Hillsboro counties.

To On-Board with Elite Care Management, you will need the following qualifying credentials:

• Driver’s License
• Social Security Card
• Auto Insurance Card
• Florida CNA certificate, or HHA certificate with one year of experience
• Current CPR Card
• 2- step TB test reading, Chest X-Ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test – within last 12 months
