SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
- RN / LPN – DAILY VISIT — E/O SAT / SUN — 8:30AM – 10:30AM
- PRN – RN / LPN – VARIOUS DAYS — DAILY VISIT — 8:30AM – 10:30 AM

- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Auto Insurance Card
- Nursing License
- Current CPR Card
- 2- step TB test reading or Chest X-ray (within last 12 months) / QuantiFERON Gold Blood Work (within past 5 years)
