- RN / LPN — SATURDAY — 7PM – 7AM
- PRN — RN / LPN — 7AM – 7PM
- PRN — RN / LPN — 7PM -7AM

- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Auto Insurance Card
- Nursing License
- Current CPR Card
- 2- step TB test reading or Chest X-ray (within last 12 months) / QuantiFERON Gold Blood Work (within past 5 years)
